1. Can I return the product for a refund?
Yes, we will allow return product for refund within 30-Day of purchase. In order to receive refund on your purchase, the product must be in its ORIGINAL BRAND NEW condition with its tag attached. If the product has been worn or the tag has been removed/cutoff, no refund will be issued. Shipping and handling charge is not refundable. You may not return when the jewelry is damaged by negligence or abuse (non-manufacturer defects). Miaarte.com will not be responsible for the exchange or replacement. Miaarte.com is not responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning item for exchange or replacement.

2. Besides the product, what else do I need to return to receive a refund?
Please return your product along with the purchase receipt, we will issue refund in 3 business days after we have receive the return package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Miaarte.com will not be responsible for shipping and handling charges of returning package.

3. Can I return the product to exchange for different product?
No, due to accounting and warranty related issue we do not allow exchange in different style of products. We will allow exchange for the different size if the product you receive does not fit. When return to exchange different size of product, please return all documents come with the package.  

4. Can I get refund or exchange without proper documents?
We do not give refund or exchange of products without proper documents, and purchase receipt.

5. Where do I return the products?
Please return the product with insured shipping, Miaarte.com will not be responsible for product damaged during the shipping. Please send the products to:
